The place was beautifully decorated, brand-new, and had a private bathroom, plus it was in a quiet location near a large sandy beach, with a cafeteria around the corner and shops nearby.

Make sure you stay in the double room with balcony. The location is lovely and nice, just a short walk away from Cala Cantalar Nature Preserve. The staff are top-class, they keep the place clean.

The best small hotel we ever visited before. The property had an excellent location not very far from Paseo del Puerto. It also was to the seaside. We enjoyed the Spanish cuisine in the restaurant.

The hotel is in a perfect position close to the big sandy beach. The location is convenient, being close to Benidorm and a cafeteria just around the corner. There is a great selection of food options available at a moderate distance from the venue.

Terrible value for money. Extremely cramped rooms. 'Double bed' we booked resembled a 1,5 person hammock with springs sticking out. Rude staff, except for one person. Spent 1,5 hour waiting for blanket for our baby and ended up walking to housekeeping to get it ourselves. Walls were paperthin, felt like our neighbours were in the room with us. Extremely noisy hotel. Pretty far from beach and centre. Unless your backpacking this is not the place to stay. But pretty expensive for backpackers.

Friendly staff, excellent location near restaurants, and a cozy double room with good ventilation for a comfortable sleep. 😊

I have to say location and staff were excellent (although some of them could not speak English very well, they did their best to understand and meet your needs). Lovely hotel all in all and very close to amenities (maps available in reception, Playa De San Juan is a great place to explore - varied beaches very nearby, tram line so handy as well as busses). Although the play area advertised for the hotel is no longer in commission, there is a lovely play park just around the corner (exit right of hotel) which is so handy for kids. My son and I had fun finding as many parks for him to play in as possible - quite a few in the area. :)

No kettle in bedroom for a cuppa tea/coffee. Unable to change tv channels to English even though the on screen display seems to indicate that you can (not that I would normally want to watch tv whilst on holiday - there were some great fairly recently released movies on later at night but unfortunately dubbed to Spanish).

Clean, comfortable room with great shower. Helpful and friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant. Convenient location near tram stop.
